Wonton Soup  vs. Regulators

Regulators come out hustling from the opening tip and surprise Wonton Soup.

The game was fairly close in the first half with Aaron Sanchez carrying the Wonton Soup team on his back, but the Regulators found a way to defend him and was quickly eliminated as a scoring threat in the second half.

The Regulators had their best shooting performance of the season going 7-17 from 3 point range and by doing so created a big lead. Wonton Soup had no answer for Brandon T. who finished with 16 points and 4 rebounds. Akinola I. was the teams second leading scorer and the only other Regulator player to see double figures he finished with 12 points and 7 rebounds.

Wonton Soup however kept themselves within distance of the Regulators  with their balanced scoring as they  had 2 players in double digits; Aaron Sanchez with 12 & Jaime Villalobos with 10. Robel Kevorkian finished the game with 9 points . They also had two players finish with 7 points each (Matt Achucarro and Trevor Sankey).

Although the team had a balanced attack the Regulators won because they wanted the game more, and it showed with them diving on the floor for every loose ball.

The final result

Regulators:66

Wonton Soup:52
