#3 Do Work (5-2) matched up against #7 FoHi Crew (3-4). The two teams failed to match-up in the regular season so this was the first time the two teams got a glimpse of what the other had to offer.
FoHi Crew was led by Robert Aguliar who had 17 points, Jaime Villalobos and Jairo Lopez chipped in with 12 points each and Ralph Chavez finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds to help with the scoring load. Jaime Villalobos and Ralph Chavez combined for 21 rebounds.
Do Work had the game under control as they led by as much as 10 points going into the last 10 minutes of the fourth quarter. Kenneth Ubom (28 points, and Dominic (10 points) led the team in scoring.
With 6 minutes to go in the game, Jaime Villalobos and Jairo Lopez began a 3 point barrage; connecting on 3 3-pointers to bring FoHi Crew back within 2 points.
In the last-minute, FoHi Crew had a chance to take the lead but a late turnover by Ralph Chavez changed the landscape of the game. Do Work finished the game with clutch free throws and rebounding loose balls they also stole the inbound pass from FoHi Crew with 14 seconds left and got a wide open lay-up to ice the game.
